Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY CHARMS?
A: Each Bonbon charm is made to order so please allow 10-14 days for
delivery. If rush delivery is needed please contact us.
Q: HOW WILL MY CHARMS BE SHIPPED?
A: We ship all of our charms using USPS Priority Mail.
Q: WHAT IF THE CHAIN IS TOO LONG?
A: We purposely include an extra long chain so that you can size it to your
desired length. The chain can be easily clipped with an "old" pair of
scissors or wire cutters.
Q: IS THERE LEAD IN THE SOLDER USED IN THESE CHARMS?
A: NO! We use only lead-free solder in creating our charms.
Q: ARE THESE CHARMS WATERPROOF?
A: We know that people have worn them in the water and the charms have
been okay, but we do not recommend it :-).
Q: WHAT PROGRAM DID YOU USE TO BUILD THIS SITE?
A: We are using a new program offered on the internet called EZwebstudio.
It is a terrific program that allows us to do everything we need to do... and
