When can I expect to receive my charms?
Each Bonbon Charm order is made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you need your order by a certain date, please email me at erica@bonboncharms.com and I'll see what I can do!
How will my charms be shipped?
All of our orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, and usually arrive within 2-3 days of shipping.
Is there lead in the solder used for the bonbon style charms?
We only use lead-free solder in our jewelry, so it is perfectly safe to wear.
Are the bonbon style charms waterproof?
If it starts raining while you are wearing your charm, there's no worry, but don't wear them in the shower or immerse them in water or it could ruin the charm.
Will the lettering on the silver charms be exactly straight?
No, it won't! These charms are completely handmade and the alignment of each letter is not exact, but that adds to the unique quality of each piece.
Can I add a change the photos in my photo charm once it's been made?
No, the type of photo charms we make are soldered shut, so once it's made it can't be changed.
Can the silver charms be stamped on the back as well as the front?
Currently we are only able to stamp the silver on one side of the charm. If we come up with a good way to stamp both sides, we will add that to the website.
